Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (a Danaher company) is hiring a Field Sales Representative (Medical Devices)

Cytiva, a Danaher company, is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Medical Devices) to join the Blood Gas Sales Team. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers in and around Cleveland, Ohio, actively searching for new accounts and improving sales potential within existing ones.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute a territory plan to deliver year-over-year installed base and core growth directed by annual performance objectives and quota.
• Ensure we win new customers, retain base business, and expand our footprint in existing accounts to grow revenue.
• Progress sales funnel and sales advances with onsite sales calls.
• Conduct annual customer business reviews for top accounts and assist in managing escalated accounts with regional support.
• Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities, and forecast in the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Deliver high-value proposals that meet customer needs and company growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 pounds.

Nice to Have

• Science major.
• Sales experience in the medical device industry.
• 1+ years of capital equipment sales experience.
• Background in respiratory therapy, nursing, clinical lab, or similar.
• Understanding of business management systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database, and CRM.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Blood Gas Sales Team within the Great Lakes Regional Sales Team, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
• Eligibility for bonus and incentive pay.

Work Mode

This is a remote position that requires travel within a territory in and around Cleveland, Ohio.
