Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sales meetings during scheduled in-home visits
- Represent the company as the primary customer contact during appointments
- Operate autonomously in the field to engage and assist customers
- Finalize sales by providing interactive product demonstrations
- Evaluate in-home Wi-Fi performance and connectivity requirements
- Install and configure technology equipment for customers on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during service visits
- Help customers stay connected to their most important devices and services
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in commission-based sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment
- Skilled in upselling strategies that increase customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication abilities with a focus on building quick rapport
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to drive, with a company vehicle provided for business purposes only
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check covering drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle records

Compensation
Between $61,800 to $100,000 annually, including base salary and uncapped commissions; earnings depend on sales performance, geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Top performers can reach $100,000.
Work Arrangement
Local city-based positions in Napa, Novato, Petaluma, San Rafael, Santa Rosa, and Vallejo, California. Schedule varies to align with customer availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
