About the Role

The role involves leading field sales operations in the Benelux region by building strong relationships with retail partners, executing sales strategies, and achieving volume and distribution targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute in-market sales strategies across the Benelux region
  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts
  • Drive product distribution and ensure optimal shelf presence
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends
  • Achieve sales volume and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with field execution
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance and visibility
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and listing agreements with partners
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and trade terms
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
  • Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge and promotions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio and market positioning
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure consistent product availability
  • Support the launch of new products in retail environments
  • Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade events and meetings
  • Provide feedback from the field to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all points of sale
  • Manage territory planning to maximize route efficiency
  • Resolve customer issues related to delivery, billing, or product
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and agreements
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks
  • Promote sustainable and ethical sales practices
