Drive new business by proactively identifying and qualifying potential customers within your assigned region. You’ll build and maintain a consistent pipeline through strategic outreach, ensuring all sales data is accurate and up to date. Your focus will be on creating meaningful connections with prospects, understanding their needs, and clearly communicating the value of the platform through live or virtual demonstrations.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify leads to support a steady flow of opportunities
- Conduct in-person and remote product demos tailored to prospect needs
- Collaborate with Field Sales Account Executives to advance deals and secure on-site meetings
- Manage select sales cycles from initial contact through to close
- Support onboarding for new team members and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Stay current on product features and industry trends to enhance customer conversations
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least two years in an outbound role or one year in field sales
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas over the past six months
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Skilled in managing time effectively and adapting to changing priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with reliable transportation
- Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
- Experience mentoring teammates and contributing to team success
- Ability to handle objections and articulate value at any level of detail
