Glean was looking for a Field Sales Advisor

Orange is hiring a Field Sales Advisor to drive sales growth through direct, on-the-ground customer engagement in Oostende. In this dynamic field role, you'll be the face of Orange, actively promoting our products and services outside of a traditional office setting.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct field sales activities, including personal customer visits.
  • Attend events and open-door days to promote and sell Orange products and services.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and celebrate successes together.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in door-to-door or field sales.
  • Driven by targets and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Socially strong, professional, disciplined, and a true team player focused on collective results.
  • Ability to convince customers by listening, arguing effectively, and building trust.
  • No 9-to-5 mentality.
