- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted outreach
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets
- Adapt messaging to different audiences based on location and demographics
- Coordinate logistics for field recruitment events
- Provide feedback to improve sourcing strategies
- Stay updated on labor market trends in assigned regions
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations during outreach
- Escalate complex cases to internal HR teams
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in public settings
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries
- Assist with onboarding preparation for selected hires
- Gather market intelligence on workforce availability
- Support temporary and permanent hiring needs
- Work independently with minimal daily supervision
- Submit regular reports on recruitment metrics
