About the Role The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth, with a strong focus on frontline marketing and sales representatives. Why Join Renuity - High-impact recruiting role supporting national growth - Collaborative Talent Acquisition team - Clear path from contract-to-perm based on performance - Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling organization What You’ll Do - Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance - Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities - Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach - Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand - Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions - Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience - Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS - Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed What We’re Looking For - Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish. - 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment - hospitality, food and beverage, direct marketing, direct sales experience - a plus! - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby experience is a plus). - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
