About the Role
The recruiter will lead talent sourcing efforts outside of traditional office settings, working directly in communities and at events to connect with potential candidates and promote employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach at job fairs, community centers, and industry events
- Build relationships with candidates in diverse geographic areas
- Screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit

- Support onboarding for selected candidates
- Identify sourcing opportunities in underrepresented areas
