Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators, emphasizing safety and professional conduct.
- Assist on-site operations leaders to optimize autonomous system performance while enforcing rigorous safety standards.
- Evaluate and audit operator-submitted reports on vehicle performance, software anomalies, and disengagements to ensure clarity and usefulness for engineering teams.
- Promote an inclusive and respectful team culture, mediating conflicts and supporting professional growth for team members.
- Apply principles of adult education to help design, deliver, and update training curricula.
- Maintain an organized and current repository of training resources, SOPs, and performance support tools.
- Train senior operators to mentor peers effectively, building a sustainable peer-led development program.
- Partner with senior training leadership to adapt and expand training initiatives as technology and fleet operations scale.
