Responsibilities
- Execute AUV Field Operations - Operate and monitor AUVs in real-time, co-ordinate launch and recovery evolutions, and execution of day-to-day operational activities.
- Support Mission Planning & Deployment Execution – Support deployment planning end-to-end, including mission route optimisation, operational risk considerations, and equipment readiness. Identify, source, and kit required XLAUV support equipment to enable effective operations.
- Provide Technical Support – Deliver forward technical support across software and hardware systems, leading field maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Develop and refine SOPs, provide structured customer feedback into engineering, and contribute to the evolution of the XLAUV capability.
- Partner with the Customer - Support customer deployments, providing outstanding operating support and on the job training for customer users.

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time for field deployments
