About the Role

The Role We're seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to implement Paddle's event program with precision. This position centers on impeccable implementation, guaranteeing that every event operates seamlessly, reinforces our brand identity, and supports our go-to-market strategic objectives. Reporting to the Field Marketing Lead, you'll be instrumental in transforming strategic vision into actionable execution, encompassing pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up. You'll manage comprehensive logistics, collaborate intensively with Sales and Marketing teams, and help cultivate in-person experiences that generate and accelerate pipeline momentum. This is a highly interconnected, hands-on position perfectly suited for someone who takes immense pride in operational excellence and thrives on bringing innovative concepts to life through engaging live experiences that drive revenue growth. The role will require local and international travel to manage and participate in events across our primary markets. What You'll Do - Event Execution: Oversee comprehensive logistics for proprietary and sponsored events, including venue arrangements, vendor management, shipping, budgetary control, and on-site support. - Event Planning: Develop comprehensive event proposals, detailed briefs, implementation timelines, target audience lists, and documentation to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. - Campaign Integration: Collaborate with Revenue Marketing campaigns team to synchronize events with broader campaign narratives and promotional strategies. - Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales on audience targeting, attendee acquisition, meeting coordination, and post-event follow-up processes. - Brand Alignment: Ensure all event materials, assets, and experiential elements adhere to established brand guidelines and messaging frameworks. - Onsite Delivery: Serve as primary on-site lead, managing setup, execution, vendor interactions, and overall attendee experience. - Operations & Process: Maintain consistent methodologies for planning, documentation, asset management, and comprehensive reporting across events. - Measurement & Reporting: Monitor event performance, establish feedback mechanisms, and support continuous optimization of event programs. You'll Work Closely With - Field Marketing Lead to execute broader event strategy and roadmap - Sales for attendee targeting, coordination, and follow-up - Partnerships to support partner-driven and partner-enabled activations - Revenue Marketing to integrate event execution into campaign strategies - ABM to coordinate and maximize influence on priority accounts - Brand & Content to ensure brand-consistent assets and experiences - GTM Operations to support audience development and reporting workflows We'd Love to Hear From You - 3+ years of field marketing or B2B event execution experience (SaaS preferred) - Proven track record of delivering events smoothly, punctually, with meticulous attention to detail - Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities - Proactive, solutions-oriented approach, particularly under pressure or tight timelines - Strong collaborative skills and comfort working across go-to-market teams - Proactive, commercially minded perspective focused on event contributions to GTM success - Willingness to travel internationally for key events and team collaboration Everyone is Welcome at Paddle At Paddle, we're committed to eliminating invisible barriers for our customers and internal teams.
