Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic approach to industry events by identifying high-impact opportunities and organizing proprietary events where market gaps exist
- Identify key channels where small businesses seek services, including newsletters, local directories, trade groups, and business improvement districts, and ensure presence in all relevant outlets
- Manage localized digital advertising budgets by collaborating on geo-focused campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms, aligning spend with sales pipeline growth
- Establish partnerships with local organizations such as chambers of commerce, trade associations, business media, and influential community figures to build trust within small business networks
- Elevate brand visibility from unknown to widely recognized within the target market’s small business sector
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, linking marketing efforts to revenue outcomes and brand recognition, optimizing by eliminating underperforming initiatives and scaling successful ones

Compensation
Salary: $95,000–$135,000 + performance bonuses & equity
