Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the North America field marketing strategy in alignment with regional sales goals and global marketing initiatives.
- Uncover regional market trends, target customer profiles, and industry-specific needs.
- Work closely with field marketing leadership, channel marketing, and account-based marketing teams to support end-to-end integrated campaigns.
- Provide on-the-ground insights to refine marketing strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns spanning events, webinars, email, digital platforms, and partner networks.
- Oversee delivery of regional marketing programs such as:
- Industry-specific and co-branded partner events
- Trade shows and exhibitions
- Exclusive customer and VIP experiences
- Online webinars and virtual engagement programs
- Targeted email outreach and lead nurturing sequences
- Adapt global marketing initiatives for North American audiences while preserving brand integrity.
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure field activities reflect accurate messaging and positioning.
- Partner with North American sales leaders, SDRs, and account executives to generate and accelerate sales pipelines.
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives, key accounts, and quarterly revenue targets.
- Equip sales teams with actionable content, messaging guides, and market insights to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain continuous feedback with sales to refine program effectiveness and lead quality.
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance indicators including:
- Lead volume, marketing-qualified leads, and sales-qualified leads
- Pipeline generation and revenue influenced by marketing efforts
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment to guide future strategies.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution of campaigns within HubSpot and Salesforce in coordination with Marketing Operations.
- Oversee the North America field marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact, ROI-driven spending.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to maximize use of automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Apply proven marketing execution standards to campaign planning, workflows, and measurement.
Compensation
The target compensation for this role ranges from USD 95,000 to $105,000, adjusted based on internal equity and experience level.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time role operating under a hybrid model, requiring presence in the Scottsdale office 3-4 days per week.
