Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer meetups, and branded forums
- Handle all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection and vendor coordination to contract agreements, budget tracking, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to ensure events support business growth and revenue goals
- Deliver a cohesive and premium brand experience across all event components, including content, speakers, production quality, and visual design
- Partner with demand generation and growth marketing teams to boost event attendance, generate qualified leads, and track performance outcomes
- Oversee multiple event timelines simultaneously, maintaining precision and quality despite aggressive deadlines
- Collect and analyze post-event data, such as participant feedback and KPIs, to refine future event strategies
