TechBiz Global is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to manage and drive enterprise marketing campaigns and growth initiatives in an innovative environment. We need a highly proactive and detail-oriented professional to join one of our client teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and drive enterprise marketing campaigns and growth initiatives by developing and executing diverse programs, mastering various marketing platforms, and coordinating the creation of marketing assets.
- Act as the campaign expert for enterprise marketing campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team by providing assets, assisting in strategic marketing inbound outreach, and identifying opportunities for new business, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client success, design, content marketing, and other field marketing teams to optimize campaigns and workflows.
- Support and oversee various projects, including ABM, events, webinars, email marketing, material productions, and third-party partnerships.
- Optimize outreach strategies and contribute to nurturing marketing leads effectively.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing campaign materials, and assist in managing the development of creative assets such as landing pages and ads.
- Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and evaluate the effectiveness of Enterprise Field and ABM marketing programs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a B2B/SaaS company.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing programs that resulted in significant lead generation and revenue growth.
- Experience in client and prospect communications, acquired from either sales or marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of effectively collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proven drive and a continuous learning mindset.
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and manage multiple complex projects.
- Understanding of enterprise business and target audiences.
Nice to Have
- Marketo, Hubspot and Salesforce experience.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client success, design, content marketing, and other field marketing teams.
