Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end field events strategy for a workflow automation product, from annual planning to executing high-impact executive gatherings, dinners, and conference activations designed to drive enterprise sales pipeline
- Determine optimal event formats, target segments, and geographic focus by leveraging data, transforming events into a scalable, measurable pipeline engine
- Collaborate with sales development and account executives to design pre- and post-event sales processes, including account selection, invitation tactics, multi-threaded engagement strategies, and follow-up sequences that drive conversions
- Establish and manage pipeline attribution for field events, defining success metrics and implementing adjustments when performance lags
- Coordinate with product marketing, brand, and demand teams to align event content, speaker selection, and field programs with overarching campaign themes
