Azuga, a Bridgestone Company, is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to bridge our corporate marketing strategy with regional sales and marketing execution. In this role, you will focus on high-impact events to drive pipeline growth, deepen customer engagement, and amplify brand exposure.
What You'll Do
- Develop an annual event plan supporting sales and marketing objectives and own execution end-to-end.
- Drive multi-channel promotional campaigns to maximize event registration and engagement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business units to align event programs with corporate objectives.
- Define and track KPIs for each event and conduct analyses to measure outcomes against goals.
- Leverage events as a platform to strengthen customer relationships and advocacy.
- Stay up-to-date on field marketing best practices and innovative formats.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically about how events support broader business goals.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales enablement tools (CRM, marketing automation, webinar platforms, analytics dashboards).
- Willingness to travel to event locations as needed (approximately 40% travel).

- Compensation range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00.
