Wolters Kluwer Health’s Clinical Decision Support and Provider Solutions (CDSP) business unit is seeking a Major & Strategic Account Executive to drive growth and expansion within large hospital and health systems. In this remote role, you will connect with C-suite decision-makers, use a value-driven sales model, and own the sales process from identification to closure for our clinical software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify target opportunities, build relationships with stakeholders and key decision makers, and determine opportunity accountability & responsibilities.
- Develop customized product solution proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with Sales teams for contract creation, terms development, quoting, and modifications.
- Closely manage deals through closure and keep management informed of risks or delays.
- Retain customers and create cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within your named customer base.
- Conduct regular account review meetings and review account utilization management reporting to provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee contract renewals.
- Collaborate with Marketing on account communications planning and marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5 or more years of B2B Healthcare sales experience in a comparable sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and present to C-Suite level and other key decision makers.
- Excellent account management skills and ability to manage external and internal business priorities.
- Ability to demonstrate and communicate the value of sophisticated and complex products/technologies.
- Highly motivated, with proven ability to over-achieve individual and team-based targets.
- Ability to construct, present and execute a Territory Business Plan.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM application.
- Excellent analytical, listening and presentation skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent administrative/organizational skills and process-orientation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
- Prior HIT or Software/SaaS sales experience within a Healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of a team-based, collaborative sales approach to advance opportunities in a territory.

Benefits & Compensation
- Target salary range for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The territory for this role is New England.
