Learnlight is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to join our global team. Reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the complete marketing strategy for designated markets to generate awareness, demand, engagement, and renewal for Learnlight's products and services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned with global initiatives and tailored to regional market dynamics, client segments, and buyer personas.
- Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns using a mix of PR, social media, digital, events, and direct marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Create, localize, and manage marketing content and assets from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and share insights to inform cross-functional strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align field marketing efforts with revenue goals, while managing vendors, budgets, and timelines.
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize programs and communicate impact to stakeholders and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and German.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- At least 2 years in a regional or field marketing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, or another business-related field.
- Proven expertise in event planning, copywriting, and creative brief development.
- Outstanding writing, presentation, storytelling, and organizational abilities.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and experience using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Zoom, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
