Responsibilities
- Support event logistics (vendor coordination, shipping, swag tracking, registration lists, event onboarding/offboarding)
- Assist with pre-event setup (tracking attendees, coordinating calendars, organizing materials)
- Help prepare onsite assets (run of show, briefing docs, name badges)
- Support post-event follow-up (attendance tracking, recap materials)
- Assist EventOps + RevOps with lead uploads into CRM (Normalization, tagging)
- Help track lead flow and flag any gaps in routing or follow-up
- Support reporting on event performance (attendance, meetings, early pipeline signals)
- Assist with list building and segmentation for events and ABM programs
- Help track outreach progress in coordination with SDRs, AEs & RevOps
- Help track invoices and POs against planned spend
- Maintain visibility on vendor timelines and flag any risks or delays
- Support coordination across Field, SDRs, Ops, and partners
- Help keep timelines organized and ensure next steps are documented
