Heidi Health is hiring a Field Marketing Associate to be our boots-on-the-ground across Asia-Pacific. You will ensure every Heidi touchpoint lands effectively by running end-to-end event execution and localizing materials to resonate in each market.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end conference support across major Asian markets.
- Coordinate booth design, setup, teardown, and onsite logistics.
- Order, ship, and track merchandise and marketing collateral.
- Manage event activations as needed.
- Handle lead uploads and consolidate post-event insights.
- Track budgets, coordinate procurement, and report on ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency while thoughtfully adapting to local contexts.
- Support creation of event materials, presentations, and talking points.
- Localize buyer guides, case studies, and product sheets.
- Assist with partnership announcements, PR moments, and regional marketing assets.
- Support execution of Heidi dinners, roadshows, roundtables, and partner events.
- Coordinate venues, guests, suppliers, and vendors.
- Identify regional event opportunities, customer moments, and market trends.
- Recommend how Heidi should show up in each country in APAC.
- Help adapt global campaigns for Asia while maintaining brand integrity.
- Feed insights to commercial and leadership teams.
- Assist with regional digital and field campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing.
- Track KPIs and contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in field, events, or integrated marketing.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A creative yet grounded thinker.
- Skilled communicator and collaborator comfortable with external stakeholders and internal teams like Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership.
- Adaptability to work across multiple cultures and business environments.
- Operational excellence in managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building processes where none exist.
- Strong brand intuition.
Nice to Have
- Experience running events or activations across multiple countries.
- A 'founder mindset': resourceful, proactive, willing to roll up sleeves.
- Strong analytical instincts and care for metrics and demonstrable impact.
- Comfort asking questions, challenging assumptions, and suggesting alternatives.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and troubleshoot onsite issues.

- Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, and APAC leadership, coordinating across Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams.
