Responsibilities
- Identify and rank high-impact events by researching conferences, tradeshows, and industry gatherings that match the ideal customer profile and support revenue targets, maintaining a 12-month forward-looking event schedule.
- Secure favorable terms by negotiating contracts with event organizers, venues, and vendors for sponsorships, booth placements, speaking opportunities, and add-ons to maximize budget efficiency.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including booth design and shipping, promotional items, printed materials, lead collection tools, audiovisual needs, catering, hotel blocks, and team travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative at each event, handling setup and breakdown, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring a professional and polished brand presence throughout.
- Prepare internal teams by communicating event goals, key messaging, target accounts, and logistical details so all attendees know their roles and schedules.
- Collaborate with sales to schedule pre-event meetings, host customer dinners and on-site engagements, and ensure timely lead follow-up to accelerate pipeline movement.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, including email outreach, landing pages, paid ads, and social media, to boost booth traffic and meeting bookings.
- Manage the full event budget across the annual calendar, tracking expenses, forecasting needs, identifying financial risks early, and adjusting spending based on shifting priorities.
- Establish measurable KPIs for each event—such as leads generated, meetings held, pipeline value, and ROI—and deliver clear post-event reports that highlight successes, shortcomings, and improvement opportunities.

- This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the US or Canada.
- Applicants must live within approximately one hour of a major airport with regular direct flight connections.

- Approved Canadian airport hubs are Toronto (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), and Montreal (YUL).
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
