Requirements
- Active real estate license.
- Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation.
- Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)
- Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
- Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously

- Personal Transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
