Responsibilities
- Support coordination of project activities among farmers, extension personnel, and research staff within a designated cluster.
- Help establish and manage trial layouts, including planting and ongoing maintenance.
- Gather plant and soil samples from active research trials.
- Maintain accurate documentation of demonstration plots and associated data.
- Provide weekly updates on trial progress to research scientists.
- Organize field visits to demonstration sites as instructed by the project coordinator.
- Educate farmers on correct methods for handling and applying bio-input products.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by project leadership.
