Responsibilities
- Identify and rank trade shows, conferences, and industry events based on alignment with target customer profiles and revenue targets, maintaining a 12-month forward-looking event schedule.
- Secure favorable terms by negotiating contracts with event organizers, vendors, and venues for sponsorships, exhibit space, speaking opportunities, and supplementary services.
- Manage all aspects of event execution, including booth design and logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, lead collection tools, audiovisual needs, catering, accommodations, and team travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative at events, responsible for setup, live issue resolution, and ensuring a polished, professional presence throughout.
- Prepare internal teams by communicating event goals, key messaging, target accounts, and logistical details to ensure coordinated participation.
- Collaborate with sales to schedule pre-event meetings, host customer gatherings during events, and ensure timely follow-up on all generated leads.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns before and after events, including email outreach, landing pages, paid ads, and social media, to boost attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event budgets across the annual calendar, monitor spending, forecast needs, identify financial risks, and adjust plans as priorities change.
- Establish measurable KPIs for each event—such as leads, meetings, pipeline value, and return on investment—and produce clear reports to guide future improvements.

- Travel 30 to 50% during peak event seasons across North America, with potential European travel as we expand.
- Candidates must live within roughly an hour of a major airport hub with frequent direct flights.

- Qualifying Canadian hubs: Toronto (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), Montreal (YUL).
