The Field Engineer will operate out of Athens, Greece, working directly with customers to ensure systems are installed, maintained, and functioning properly. This role is essential for maintaining service quality and technical performance across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and remove hardware components at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field
- Prepare and set up equipment for deployment
- Complete basic configuration and commissioning tasks
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols
- Provide on-site and remote assistance to support customer needs
Work Environment
This is a locally based position requiring regular travel within Athens. The engineer will work independently while remaining closely aligned with the central technical team. Both on-site customer visits and remote support tasks will be part of the regular workflow.
