Responsibilities
- Deliver live product demonstrations at retail locations and outdoor events
- Interact with customers to explain features, benefits, and proper usage
- Set up and maintain demonstration equipment and displays
- Travel regularly within the assigned region to support scheduled events
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to internal teams
- Ensure all demo units are in working order and fully charged
- Follow safety protocols when operating machinery
- Represent the brand with professionalism and technical knowledge
- Assist in training retail staff on product functionality
- Respond accurately to technical questions from consumers
- Collect customer insights and common concerns for reporting
- Maintain inventory of demo units and demonstration tools
- Adhere to brand guidelines during all public engagements
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Support marketing initiatives through on-the-ground presence
- Coordinate schedules with regional operations leads
- Report post-event results and engagement metrics
- Stay current with product updates and new releases
- Handle equipment with care during transport and setup
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues on-site
- Promote proper maintenance and safety practices
- Engage diverse audiences in both urban and suburban settings
- Follow all compliance and regulatory guidelines for public demos
- Assist with event logistics as needed

Compensation
