Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training to healthcare professionals on device operation and patient management
- Provide remote and on-site technical and clinical support for medical equipment
- Troubleshoot device performance issues in collaboration with clinical staff
- Assist in the planning and execution of product installations and validations
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding clinical application of technologies
- Document all support activities and customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex clinical cases
- Support post-market surveillance by identifying and reporting device-related events
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards during field activities
- Participate in product demonstrations and pre-sales clinical support
- Gather and relay clinical feedback to product development teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and device indications
- Coordinate with regional teams to schedule and prioritize field visits
- Assist in the development of training materials and clinical resources
- Promote safe and effective use of technology through education initiatives
- Support clinical adoption of new product launches
- Conduct remote system checks and software updates as needed
- Work with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes using device data
- Ensure all documentation meets audit and compliance requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent clinical support needs
