About the Role

The role involves delivering clinical training, technical support, and on-site or virtual assistance for medical devices, ensuring healthcare providers can safely and efficiently use the technology.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical training to healthcare professionals on device operation and patient management
  • Provide remote and on-site technical and clinical support for medical equipment
  • Troubleshoot device performance issues in collaboration with clinical staff
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product installations and validations
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding clinical application of technologies
  • Document all support activities and customer interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex clinical cases
  • Support post-market surveillance by identifying and reporting device-related events
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards during field activities
  • Participate in product demonstrations and pre-sales clinical support
  • Gather and relay clinical feedback to product development teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and device indications
  • Coordinate with regional teams to schedule and prioritize field visits
  • Assist in the development of training materials and clinical resources
  • Promote safe and effective use of technology through education initiatives
  • Support clinical adoption of new product launches
  • Conduct remote system checks and software updates as needed
  • Work with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes using device data
  • Ensure all documentation meets audit and compliance requirements
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent clinical support needs
