Requirements
- NABCEP Certification
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customer facing field operations, construction, or related electrical or solar fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical individuals, especially for conveying concepts to customers with a wide range of technical expertise.
- Working knowledge of relevant industry standards – NEMA, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, UL, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting systems, products, electrical designs, etc.
- Strong executor that can push through obstacles and challenges to get to the finish line while maintaining impeccable quality and integrity.
- Successful track record for problem solving, idea generation, and program execution.
- An ability to listen - and translate what you are hearing into solutions - for both the customer and the company.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience working with multiple BESS, PV systems
- Experience developing technical training
- Licensed electrician

- Location Preference: Candidates based in the San Francisco Bay area are strongly preferred, with close proximity to a major airport to support travel requirements.
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm PT.
- This is a full-time remote position requiring up to 75% travel, mostly within the local region. Occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA is required.
- Physical requirements include the possibility of standing on feet for extended periods of time, requiring stair and ladder climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment must be worn in the performance of some duties (e.g., hard hats, safety glasses, air masks, ear protection, hot gloves, and high voltage protective equipment, etc.). Must have the ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time with or without accommodation.
