About the Role
The role involves providing technical expertise and application support to customers using synthetic biology and NGS panel design technologies, ensuring successful implementation and troubleshooting in research environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support for synthetic biology and NGS panel solutions
- Collaborate with customers to design and optimize custom gene panels
- Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations
- Troubleshoot experimental workflows involving gene synthesis and sequencing applications
- Provide training on platform capabilities and best practices
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Support marketing initiatives with technical content and case studies
- Work closely with R&D teams to relay field insights
- Assist in validation of new assays and protocols
- Present technical data at customer sites and scientific meetings
- Coordinate with sales teams to address complex customer requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in synthetic biology and genomics
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards
- Document customer interactions and technical outcomes
- Drive adoption of advanced sequencing and synthesis tools
- Support grant-writing efforts with technical documentation
- Engage in proof-of-concept project execution
- Optimize experimental designs for high-throughput applications
- Assist in scaling laboratory workflows for industrial applications
- Promote best practices in data interpretation and analysis
