Federal Staffing Resources (FSR), part of Lola Blankets, is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support federal and state government healthcare contracts. This hybrid role involves full-cycle recruiting for clinical and support roles serving Veterans, active duty military, and underserved communities across the nation.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and healthcare support roles.
- Support VA facilities, military treatment facilities (DHA/DoD), and state-operated healthcare programs.
- Recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, Behavioral Health providers, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, and SCA positions.
- Partner with credentialing and operations teams to ensure compliant, start-ready candidates.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Work toward clear performance metrics like submittals, offers, starts, and time-to-fill.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Direct experience recruiting for clinical roles.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Government Healthcare Staffing experience at the Federal and/or State level.
- Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) roles.
- Experience using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System.
- A metrics-driven mindset.
