Fiddler AI is hiring a Federal Account Executive

About the Role

This position leads sales efforts for AI governance solutions within federal government entities, requiring deep understanding of public sector procurement and the ability to communicate technical value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within federal agencies
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations
  • Lead sales cycles from initial contact through contract close
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to agency needs
  • Present product capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Navigate government procurement processes and compliance requirements
  • Create and deliver customized proposals and demonstrations
  • Track and report on sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Stay current on federal IT priorities and regulatory trends
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on contracting terms
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities at various stages
  • Use CRM tools to document customer interactions and sales progress
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Support marketing initiatives targeted at federal audiences
  • Participate in industry events and government-focused conferences
  • Educate prospects on AI governance and model transparency
  • Address security and data handling concerns specific to government use
  • Work with partners and integrators on joint federal opportunities
  • Ensure alignment with federal acquisition regulations (FAR)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI or machine learning tools
  • Existing relationships within federal civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices in government
  • Past work with defense or intelligence communities
