About the Role
This role provides administrative support to the Field Control Systems sales team, focusing on order coordination, data management, and customer communication to ensure efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date customer and product information in the database
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and production teams to track order status
- Prepare and issue sales documentation including quotes and contracts
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and escalate delays when necessary
- Ensure compliance with internal sales procedures and policies
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Support the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics
- Manage incoming sales requests and distribute them to appropriate team members
- Track and update sales pipeline data regularly
- Assist in organizing customer meetings and sales presentations
- Handle document control for sales-related files and agreements
- Verify pricing and contract terms for accuracy before submission
- Liaise with finance to resolve billing or invoicing issues
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and sales information
- Support the onboarding process for new clients
- Update CRM system with customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist in the coordination of product demonstrations and trials
- Ensure all sales documentation meets company and regulatory standards
