Responsibilities
- Respond to routine technical inquiries from sales staff, customer support, and end users regarding mono-coupling, multi-coupling, robotic tool changers, and rapid mold exchange systems
- Provide expert product guidance during virtual and on-site customer meetings in coordination with external sales personnel during business hours
- Help prospective clients select the most suitable standard products based on their specific application needs
- Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and sales representatives to design tailored solutions when standard offerings are insufficient
- Develop cost-effective quotations for custom-engineered products that meet technical and operational requirements
- Serve as a point of contact with factory representatives in Europe for active project coordination
- Comply with all applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations and procedures
