About the Role

McKesson is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator to coordinate and direct various services for the efficient operation of our corporate facilities. In this role, based at our Nashville, TN Corporate Office, you will contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on advancing the fight against cancer and making a difference in patients' lives.

What You'll Do

  • Read and respond appropriately to facility requests via email or ticket tracking system.
  • Maintain and supervise a preventative maintenance program, including implementing new equipment for new sites and replacing equipment as needed.
  • Function as the subject matter expert for the I-Office wayfinding, hoteling, ticketing, and asset management tool, facilitating all employee training and managing all user interface updates.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise facility maintenance issues and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace guidelines at all facilities and liaise with colleagues and supervisors when corrections are necessary.
  • Maintain floor plans for new and existing office space through an online space management tool.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma.
  • 1+ years of work experience in facilities management, property management, or project administration.
  • Experience communicating both written and verbal with executives, vendors, and team leadership.
  • Above average technology skills including MS Office products.
  • Proficient in the use of ASANA for work organization and project management solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Microsoft Project experience.
