About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our Makati site. You will ensure our building and grounds meet high standards while managing operational expenses.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily building and grounds upkeep, including custodial operations and overall facility cleanliness.
  • Implement and monitor security, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Manage facilities preventive maintenance, both in-house and equipment-related, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Address day-to-day operational concerns and maintain strong coordination with building administration.
  • Track operational expenses and collaborate with business units to support facility needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in facility operations, vendor management, and team supervision.
  • Strong ability to understand building-related information, interpret detailed documents, and use standard systems for tracking and managing work activities.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and safety standards, including emergency preparedness, safety inspections, code compliance, and implementation of safety programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, expense controls, operational reporting, and maintenance programs across facility operations.
  • Skilled in managing third-party vendors, reviewing contracts and invoices, responding to tenant/client needs, communicating effectively, and mentoring facility teams.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
