Airbus Helicopters is hiring a Facilities Manager to take comprehensive responsibility for our physical facilities in Columbus, MS. You will ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment by managing building operations, maintenance, real estate, and strategic site development.

What You'll Do

Manage building operations and maintenance, including OPEX budget, policies, and resource planning.
Ensure facilities maintenance through preventative and predictive measures tracked via an electronic work order system.
Drive corporate sustainability goals through strategic planning and monitoring of key assets.
Oversee soft service contractual obligations for janitorial services, waste management, pest control, landscaping, space management, food services, and event support.
Manage company fleet assets, including owned and leased equipment and vehicles.
Lead site development and CAPEX investment initiatives, managing multi-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a 5-year CAPEX investment plan in alignment with corporate Finance teams.
Oversee terms and conditions of real estate contracts and participate in lease negotiations.
Manage site aircraft fueling operations, ensuring team training and compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
Serve as a key member of emergency and mishap response efforts to ensure business continuity.
Manage the facilities team's annual performance goals and conduct individual periodic reviews.
Participate in corporate event management to ensure resource allocation, budgets, and planning.
Draft and conduct executive-level presentations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in Facilities and Project Management in a corporate environment, third-party service, or as a consultant.
5 years of strong technical and strategic project management skills.
Strong task prioritization and organization experience.
Ability to travel 5% Domestic and International.
Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or covered under existing ITAR license).

Nice to Have

Basic CAFT/AutoCAD skills.
Professional certificates highly desirable (e.g., PE, CFM, FMP, PMP).
