About the Role

This role supports facility operations and coordinates internal events, ensuring efficient use of space, compliance with safety standards, and seamless execution of meetings and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, and security services
  • Schedule and manage internal and client-facing events from planning to execution
  • Serve as primary contact for vendors and service providers
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement as needed
  • Support workplace safety programs and conduct routine facility inspections
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and equipment
  • Track service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Manage conference room bookings and room setup requirements
  • Oversee mail and courier services
  • Coordinate moves, reconfigurations, and space planning projects
  • Maintain facility records and documentation
  • Support sustainability initiatives and space optimization efforts
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to facilities
  • Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures
  • Monitor facility budgets and report on spending trends

Nice to Have

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar credential
  • Experience in a corporate real estate or property management setting
  • Familiarity with IWMS platforms
  • Event planning certification
  • Bilingual communication skills
