This role supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining seamless building operations, focusing on service quality, safety compliance, and efficient administrative processes. The coordinator ensures client expectations are consistently met through responsive support and proactive coordination of on-site services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to on-site clients through timely communication and issue resolution
- Support contractor oversight, including performance reviews and on-site inspections of completed work
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding vendors and service providers as operational needs arise
- Support financial operations by managing purchase orders accurately and ensuring timely processing
- Conduct routine site audits to verify compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Participate in the execution of emergency and safety procedures when required
- Perform regular facility inspections to maintain building systems and identify areas for improvement
- Support implementation of best-in-class operational practices across maintenance and occupancy services
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding service and safety benchmarks
- Ensure all premises remain clean, functional, and in good repair
- Contribute to regular reporting and performance tracking aligned with service level goals
- Assist in property risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
- Follow incident reporting and escalation protocols according to established guidelines
- Uphold organizational standards by adhering to compliance, safety, and operational policies
- Work toward achieving defined performance metrics and service targets
Qualifications
