Responsibilities
- Handle service desk tickets related to facility concerns such as temperature regulation, sanitation, and office equipment issues
- Organize and supervise vendor entry and on-site service delivery
- Support staff relocations by coordinating with IT teams and revising space layouts
- Carry out administrative functions including inventory tracking, report generation, and data interpretation
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs
- Communicate with external service providers and building managers to coordinate work schedules
- Oversee the setup and upkeep of office signage
- Assist in purchasing non-routine office supplies
- Keep facilities management databases accurate and current
- Work with internal teams to ensure efficient facility operations
- Arrange logistics for events and facility use outside standard hours
- Provide support for unplanned or special projects as required
