Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations and coordination for a corporate office. This role is central to ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility through proactive oversight and hands-on administration.
What You'll Do
- Manage SDSK tickets for facilities-related issues, including temperature control, cleaning, and office equipment.
- Coordinate vendor access and oversee onsite work.
- Assist with employee moves, including coordination with IT and updating floor plans.
- Perform administrative duties including inventory management, compiling reports, and data analysis.
- Conduct regular site walks to assess and address facility conditions.
- Liaise with service providers and building management for work arrangements.
- Manage office signage installation and maintenance.
- Assist with procurement tasks for non-standard supplies.
- Maintain and update facilities management systems.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth facilities operations.
- Coordinate events and after-hours facility arrangements as needed.
- Support adhoc assignments.
