Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary liaison for vendor-related facility activities, including research, evaluation, and recommendation of contract options, while collaborating with service managers to uphold contractual compliance.
- Supports management in aligning contracted services with financial targets and budgetary constraints, reconciles accounts, verifies invoices, processes purchase requisitions, and reports on contractor spending.
- Manages facilities projects by helping define goals, processes, and performance benchmarks in alignment with organizational policies and departmental objectives.
- Promotes a culture of safety by identifying risks, supporting mitigation strategies, leading safety-focused practices, and conducting routine workplace inspections.
