Responsibilities
- Facilitate job placements for students and graduates by identifying opportunities, arranging interviews, and supporting successful job outcomes.
- Offer personalized career guidance on interview skills, workplace expectations, and professional development to prepare students for the workforce.
- Establish and maintain employer relationships to generate job leads, create placement opportunities, and expand hiring networks within designated areas.
- Collaborate with externship and practicum sites to manage required documentation and ensure a smooth student experience and transition to employment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve placement targets, meet or exceed performance metrics, and ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and accreditor standards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
