What We’re Looking For
- Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales
- Proven experience in a legal advisory or transactional role
- Additional qualification in Australia, the US, or another UK jurisdiction is an advantage
- Background in technology-related fields such as AI, FinTech, SaaS, e-commerce, Healthtech, or CleanTech
