Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain the Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance program according to official program guidelines
- Conduct dealership consultations focused on Express Maintenance as specified in program materials
- Provide remote and on-site classroom instruction to dealership staff based on established training curriculum
- Facilitate on-the-job training for dealership teams in alignment with program standards
- Offer post-visit phone support to dealerships to ensure implementation success
- Complete and submit detailed dealer action plans promptly and thoroughly
- Integrate industry best practices into Express Maintenance workflows including customer check-in, scheduling, repairs, quality checks, invoicing, vehicle return, and follow-up
- Maintain regular communication with OEM National and Regional representatives
- Submit detailed monthly field activity reports
- Submit weekly timesheets and expense documentation accurately and on schedule
