Future Foundry is hiring an Experimentation Lead to guide large organizations through uncertainty. In this role, you will design and run real-world experiments to test customer demand, product feasibility, and market traction, turning raw data into compelling evidence for strategic investment decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design of experiments using over 60 experiment types to validate risky assumptions.
- Oversee the running of experiments, including recruiting participants, conducting customer interviews, designing product visuals, setting up ads, and tracking behavioural data.
- Deliver workshops with client teams and external customers to surface assumptions, prioritise uncertainties, and structure meaningful tests.
- Turn raw qualitative and quantitative data collected by the team into compelling evidence.
- Work closely with client teams to understand evidence and determine next steps.
- Form clear, strategic recommendations on where to accelerate, adapt, or withdraw, including implications for future projects.
- Support business development and proposal work for pitching extensions to existing or similar clients.
- Take ownership of the experimentation methodology by codifying and refining frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
- Be solely responsible for one client project at a time, managing the team, the client, and delivery.
Team & Environment
You will lead small, lean teams of 2-3 people, report directly to the Partners, and guide or train junior team members.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (Pro-rata)
