GXA is hiring Experienced Telemarketers and Cold Callers for a ground-floor Inside Sales Representative position. This role requires a hunter mentality focused on high-volume B2B outbound cold calling to business prospects across Texas to schedule appointments and build a prospect database.
What You'll Do
- Make at least 100 calls to business executives in Texas daily.
- Speak to as many decision makers as possible.
- Schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week (preferably face-to-face or via Zoom).
- Build and maintain a warm database of 1300 prospects.
- Track all sales activities in HubSpot.
- Qualify prospects against clear criteria.
- Schedule prospect meetings directly on the Outside Sales calendar.
- Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
- Plan and organize your day for maximum productivity, focusing on outbound calling and appointment setting.
- Develop your own areas of market focus and lead generation mix, with cold calling as essential.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent American English speaker.
- At least 3 years of high-volume B2B outbound cold calling experience.
- 3 years of successful business-to-business cold calling experience.
- A high-energy, great-attitude, and relentless hard worker.
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- A team player.
- Proven ability to reach, access, and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers.
Nice to Have
- A minimum associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
