Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a B2B Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls to independent business owners, introducing franchise conversion opportunities and generating qualified interest for our internal sales team.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to independent business owners

- Generate qualified interest for the internal sales team
- Connect, qualify, and move prospects to the next step
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of cold calling experience targeting U.S. businesses
- Proven experience handling high-volume outbound activity
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong phone presence and ability to speak confidently with business owners
- Experience following structured scripts and approved messaging
- Comfortable asking direct, qualifying questions about business operations
- Experience using CRM systems and updating lead trackers like Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with measurable KPIs and performance tracking
- Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country
- Must submit resume in English
