Huzzle is looking for goal-oriented Cold Callers to drive lead generation and appointment bookings for our clients in high-growth sectors. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in outbound sales and want to advance their careers in global markets.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects daily.
- Introduce products or services to spark interest with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book appointments or demos.
- Follow call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and meetings booked.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs and dialing tools like Aircall, JustCall, or CloudTalk.
- Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and discipline.
- Ability to work during UK or US time zones.
