About the Role

Utility Bidder is looking for a New Business Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential business clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll proactively identify and cultivate leads to achieve ambitious sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce our services.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate leads using provided data and developing a network.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and promote suitable energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets by identifying new opportunities.
  • Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a telesales role.
  • Proven expertise in B2B cold calling and generating your own leads.
  • Capable of executing the full 360-degree sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
