Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in sourcing and placing candidates across various roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to different hiring needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving recruitment efforts.
- Fluency in English is essential.
