Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an Experienced Freelance Recruiter in Bangkok to join our remote team. In this role, you will connect candidates with job opportunities across various sectors, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Identify, source, and engage potential candidates across diverse industries.
- Conduct insightful interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continually enhance our approach and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in sourcing and placing candidates across various roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to different hiring needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving recruitment efforts.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
- Willingness to work remotely while collaborating with a diverse, global team.
