Ollion is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America Revenue team. In this role, you will support revenue planning and reporting functions (FP&A), collaborating with finance teams across the region to standardize processes and provide critical analysis. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and accuracy within our financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Support revenue forecasting, annual planning, and financial analysis using Hyperion and Oracle applications.
- Prepare monthly management reports and handle ad hoc revenue reporting and analysis requests.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and responses to ad hoc requests.
- Provide inputs for monthly financial packages to management, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Standardize reporting models, improve accuracy, and lead process automation while maintaining service level agreements.
- Partner with business units to resolve issues, analyze revenue movements, investigate variances, and develop proposals to enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
- Advanced English level.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong customer service and responsiveness focus, with experience supporting other finance professionals.
- Ability to work with detailed system data, summarize large amounts of information, and explain variances to budget and forecast.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial systems and tools, including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView.
